A Christmas Wish 2022
A Christmas Wish was an all-singing, all-dancing festive spectacular, performed at Edinburgh's Usher Hall. Some highlights including tapping with skipping ropes, partner lifts, an East 17 tribute, and lead vocals to a jazzy showgirl number. The short, intensive process gave me experience in picking up a large amount of material in a matter of days
Tree of Knowledge
I was invited to be a guest presenter for Tree of Knowledge's educational resources on LGBTQ+ issues. This involved reading large sections of information addressed to P5-S6 in an engaging manner. I really appreciated the experience with filming set ups and autocues, and the opportunity to speak on behalf of my community on our history and issues.
Anything Goes / Honk
In 2022, we performed our second year productions of 'Anything Goes' and 'Honk' where I played the eccentric 'Evelyn Oakleigh' and was 'Dance Captain/ Jackdaw/ Ensemble' respectively. Through the process, I discovered an aptitude for playing comedic characters. I also learned how to oversee large sections of choreography, retain multiple tracks and lead company warm-ups/rehersals
